Turnaround

  • Nairobi & Environs: Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm).
  • Other Parts of Kenya: Orders are shipped within 2–3 working days.
  • International Orders: Shipped within 3–5 working days via DHL or preferred couriers.

You’ll receive a notification from our team once your package has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are determined by your delivery location. The exact rate will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. This allows you to review and confirm before placing your order.

We also offer:

  • Free pickup at our CBD collection point (Platinum Plaza, Tom Mboya Street, 3rd Floor, Shop 305).
  • Affordable courier options for delivery within Nairobi and nationwide.

Back Orders

If an item you’ve ordered is on back order:

  • We’ll ship the items currently in stock immediately.
  • The remaining items will be shipped as soon as they’re available.
  • You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for the second shipment.

International Shipping

  • For customers outside Kenya, we currently ship via DHL. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout.

5. What if an item is out of stock?
If part of your order is on back order, we’ll ship what’s available immediately and send the rest as soon as it’s back in stock — at no extra shipping cost to you.

6. What happens if I miss my delivery?
Our courier partner will contact you to reschedule. If pickup is easier, you can also collect your package from the nearest drop-off point.
